Users agree to use all purchased products, services, licenses, subscriptions, software, digital tools, and platform features strictly in a lawful, ethical, and authorized manner.
Any misuse, including unauthorized resale, illegal distribution, account sharing (where restricted), reverse engineering, tampering, fraud, abuse, violation of provider terms, or breach of applicable laws, shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
Any loss, penalty, claim, suspension, account termination, legal action, or damages arising from such misuse shall rest entirely with the user.

7. Product Source and Procurement Policy
The Company obtains software, subscriptions, licenses, activation access, digital products, and related services from genuine and authorized sources, including official providers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and software companies.
Some products may be sourced directly from the original provider, while others may be made available through verified independent sources.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide genuine and usable digital products; however, activation, availability, compatibility, usage, and license terms remain subject to the respective provider’s policies.
8. Payments, Transactions, and Purchases
Depending on the service, users may complete transactions on the platform or be redirected to external providers.
Where transactions involve external services, bitsoftgames does not act as the seller, provider, or contracting party and is not responsible for payment processing, delivery, service quality, or fulfillment.
All pricing, billing, and transaction terms are determined by the respective providers and may change without prior notice.

Users are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, plan details, compatibility, version information, validity, and limitations before completing the purchase.
10. License Validity Disclaimer
The Company does not intend to provide trial software or trial-based access. Only software licenses and their respective validity periods are provided to the customer.
However, in certain cases, the duration committed for a particular software license may coincide with or fall within the trial period policy of the original software provider/company. In such instances, the Company shall not be held responsible for the classification of such duration as a “trial” by the respective software provider.
All software availability, licensing terms, and duration remain subject to the policies and conditions of the respective software owner or vendor.
11. Trial Access and Policy
Any trial access, free trial, demo period, or limited-time usage for any software, subscription, digital product, or service is subject to the respective software company or service provider’s policies.
If a trial period is offered by the original provider, it shall be governed by that provider’s terms and conditions.
If the Company independently offers a trial, its duration, features, validity, and limitations shall be clearly specified at the time of offer or purchase.
Trial access does not guarantee refunds, extensions, upgrades, permanent activation, or continued access unless expressly stated by the Company.

Any unauthorized sharing, resale, copying, redistribution, cracking, bypassing, misuse, illegal transfer, or violation of license terms may constitute piracy or intellectual property infringement.
Any breach of license terms, provider policies, or applicable laws shall be the sole responsibility of the user. The Company shall not be liable for any account suspension, license cancellation, access restriction, legal claim, penalty, loss, or damage arising from such non-compliance.
13. No Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, confirmed, processed, activated, delivered, or access is provided, the Company shall not offer any refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, reversals, or credits, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by the Company.
Users acknowledge that digital products, software licenses, subscription access, activation keys, and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their digital nature.

Woodmart Games Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 5, 2023
The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Woodmart Games and its affiliates (hereinafter “Woodmart Games” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Woodmart Games’ games, websites and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement “Woodmart Games” means Woodmart located at 294 Bay Meadows Ave Bay Shore, NY 11706. “Woodmart Games” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Nitro Games’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Woodmart Games must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).
It's unreal, uncanny, makes you wonder if something is wrong, it seems to seek your attention for all the wrong reasons. Usually, we prefer the real thing, wine without sulfur based preservatives, real butter, not margarine, and so we'd like our layouts and designs to be filled with real words, with thoughts that count, information that has value.
1. License
The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business. But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
2. Ownership
Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
3. User Content
You begin with a text, you sculpt information, you chisel away what's not needed, you come to the point, make things clear, add value, you're a content person, you like words. Design is no afterthought, far from it, but it comes in a deserved second. Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
Even if your less into design and more into content strategy you may find some redeeming value with, wait for it, dummy copy, no less. You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted open source software for your client's needs. Then the question arises: where's the content.
5. Updates to The Service
That's not so bad, there's dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn't fit in the can, the foot's to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons the folks in the meeting can't quite tell right now, but they're unhappy, somehow. A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
